Shawnie O'Neal, raised in one of the toughest areas in West Baltimore (Edmondson Avenue &  Pulaski Streets), has endured her share of ups, downs, and in-betweens. Born to a drug  addicted mother and an early years absent father, her perseverance, hard work,  determination, and commitment to her talents would drive her to quit her school  teaching job to start multiple businesses becoming a one of kind, queen of everything,  total BOSS!!

With over 15 years of event planning and decorating experience, ShawnieO went into retirement in 2017.  In 2022, while planning and executing her own 50th birthday party,  the urge to reenter the business would not let go.  In early 2023, a dear friend would not take no for an answer to produce an experience for her 50th...

and just like that, The ShawnieO Experience was reborn.
